Description
Billion Below, or 'Bill' for short is a member of the infamous Frieza Race; however he is a goodhearted member from an alternate Universe 7 timeline. After the death of Frieza, Cooler and King Cold, he was sent as an envoy to try and broker peace between Earth and the Frieza Race. He was recruited by the Time Patrol where he formed a close kinship and friendship with a Majin called 'Salagadoola' who goes by 'Sam'.
