Description Okay, here it is. My journey so far with this weight loss project.
The first picture was taken on 25th of July 2017 when I first started.
The second picture was taken on 1st of January 2018 when I had lost around 20 kilos.
The third picture was taken on 22nd of April 2018 when I had lost around 30 kilos.
The fourth picture I took today on 22nd of September and I've lost around 38 kilos.
Still some kilos to go until I hit my target weight I set when I started. The weight loss has slowed down a lot now but it's still going down slowly but surely.

Thank you. I’m on Cambridge diet and been slowly adding exercise to the picture.

I've managed to lose about 45 kilos over the last nine months myself, using the Keto diet. I'm still not much for exercise, though.Β

That's a good point! I remember back at Christmas, when I started my diet, I would get exhausted just standing up off the couch.
