This is a veeeeery late birthday pic I wanted to draw for my friend and here is one of his many bunnies: Mercury, as a teacher.
Sorry for the huge delay, buddy, but I wanted to draw something cool for you :3

Phew, this picture took me some time, but it was indeed fun to draw. I always enjoy and love drawing Mercury, she was the first of 's bunnies I fell for. Maybe it was cause of the glasses and the neat hairstyle? Or because she is very smart and is associated with computers? I don't know, but I like her :3

This pic idea came to me one night I was browsing some pics and I saw a neat teacher uniform and I wanted to try drawing it. And why Mercury? Well, cause I had to draw something for my friend *AlloyRabbit and what better than drawing one of his girls? ^3^

Special Note: This drawing was an experiment for my future drawing style. I tried out my luck with gradient shading instead of my usual celshade, which it took me way less time, and also, I redrew the lineart digitally. I think this looks pretty nice IMO, but I think I might reshade it using my traditional celshade some days later and then compare it, or maybe do a mix of those two... What do you think?

i like all the little touches put into it c.c on the "chalkboard" and stuff. also nobody erases it, the building just gets demolished instead =3c

i would suggest trying to be a little more aggressive and cel-shadey with your gradients. it'll help >.>

Haha, yeah, I can completely see that, and that's the reason why Truffle changes height so often between each pictures! Mercury is the responsible for experimenting on Truffle! XD

Heh, been a while since his birthday. You worked a long time on this it seems.

Your work payed off, excellent coloring, shading, and POV in this one. I do like the idea of her scribbling on the building with her equations and such. The outfit looks very nice and that book seems to be the perfect subject.

However, reading is one thing. When is she gonna conduct live experiments? XD

She isn't teaching, she is just writing the calculations of the size alter research of that book, and why the teacher outfit? Well, maybe she was still on her work hours as a teacher, and decided to try out some formulas and theories about that book. Still need experimentation, this shading style doesn't allow me to draw detailed shadows, it's like a quick technique for general shading... I guess I must mix it with celshadows. >~>
