First of all I am amazed 2 c how much u have progressed in ur chibi technique. This particular chibi has a very pronounced personality with her hand on her hip!
The blending of th colours on her clothes do a brilliant job of showing shading and light. The blush on her cheeks looks natural without th red blush dashes but they add 2 her chibi look. Th hair has a lovely blend of colours and shades in it and th white zigzags add nicely 2 th texture. The hands r simplistic but that is very natural 4 a chibi 2 have these. The anatomy is mostly correct except that th hand would usually have th thumb concealed behind her waist if she had her hands on her hips, just a minor detail but I thought that I would mention it.
I do love th colours in th eyes as it seems u have put a lot of time and effort into them but I must say that th thick purple eyelashes somewhat ruin th beauty of th eyes 4 me but that is just a personal opinion.
All in all this is a brilliant work of art that shows th time and care u take over ur work in making them look presentable. Well done!! ^W^

I think you've finally got the hang of chibi anatomy here, you've really taken the advice about making the chibi's head much bigger and shrinking the body.
Some people, who have the opposite issues to you, can make the head TOO big and that can end up even worse xDD It's happened to me in the past, but it looks perfectly fine here!
Next time try doing a little more detail with the hands, and her arm looks a little off if she supposed to have her hand on her hip. Try moving the hand round a little so that part of it cannot be seen, this will ensure it looks more like the pose intended ^^
The eyes really suit her too, I love the detail in them ;v; You've obviously payed attention to the tutorial well! The subtle highlights in her hair are quite nice too~
Where are her clothes from, btw? Is she an oc of yours? ^^

your drawings keep on improving and improving! this is such a lovely piece
i will fav it!*favs* the outfit is very creative and stylish!the way she blushes is
a lot better!the eyes are ver sparkle and cute as well as original!
but i dislike the shading on the hair.the legs are notthe best and i wish you added at least some wrinkles.
but this is a good piece of drawing keep it up!
