Love the way you showed ths shine on the eyes, and the eyelashes look great as well!
I think the lines in the iris look a bit askew. Perhaps it's because of the perspective.
I'm not sure about the shape of the upper eyelid's fold. I think the arch is a bit askew. I also think the implied line of the nose is too pinched opposite the tear duct, but I could be wrong.
I LOVE the shading at the base of the eyelashes.
Overall, great job with this!

I think your iris is done perfectly !! im not to sure about the pupil make sure its perfectly it in the middle. i think you should fix up the outer bit of the eye ( where you put eyeliner i dont know what its called haha the space between the eye and the lashed) well it continues up a little bit into the top lid like a side ways v? haha im sorry if that makes no sense what so ever but heres an example [link]

also i think instead of just using basic browns for skin shades dont be scared to mix it up because if you look at a person skin tone especially around there eye it can be a little purplish/ pinkish eg [link]

also i think you should add some texture for skin pores by dabbing white paint to make it look like it?

you should also stay away from using blacks and greys for shadows which is in your creases and the eyeball! haha use pinks and purples and browns!

your eyelashes look semi unnatural you should flick the lash so you can see the bottom of it curving up? heres my tutorial [link]



other then that i still think you did a fantastic job id rate it 8/10!but your iris is done perfectly

Over all it is a good composition, but there are a few things that can be improved for the future.
The white of the eye on the left side looks flat because it is lacking the subtle value changes from the shadow of the eyelids.
In addition to the eye white, the iris loses some of it's form because the white of the window comes right to the ridge of the pupil. Normally the iris has a value change from dark on the outer edge to light near the center to darker near the pupil, but because the white of window has no values the iris looks a little flat. If you were to add a bit of value to the light from the window I believe the eye would look better as a whole.
I want to end on a good note so I will say that I love the attention that you gave to the folds of skin on the eyelid. Very well done.

I love the color, and awesome job with the texture in the eye and the reflection! I also like how the color is muted everywhere else but the iris. It makes a very good focus point.
