I don't know much about digital art, but do you use a tablet? Maybe you could change the pressure levels. I prefer traditional art myself because I'm kind of technology retarded...

It's kinda slow right now but...they sometimes send you notices for new contests or you can go look in the contest category on the left side where they list all the categories (manga, photography, digital art, film, etc...) to see what contests other people are participating in.

I didn't actually XD. They sent me contest notices around April or March. There were a lot of them around that time. This summer is probably just a slow one. The last contest that had a tablet as a prize was probably the one where you had to draw final boss for an MMORPG game...it also included $1500, DA backpack, etc...

I just kinda figured it out as I go.
