Comissioned pic.I tried to stick to the original Legends style for this pic, even at the coloring (hence the cel-shaded-esque style for the coloring) I hope you like it.
On a side note: Damn you Capcom for killing Legends 3!!!

Then again, you might have reminded the pains of Legends 3. Also, this work is a bit like the "B" armor they were going to use in that contest, sorry for bringing that up, but it looks similar.
