Yea, I decided to make a character out of him.Haven't really thought out a complete story for him, and probably won't really do one.
Done in photoshop elements 8.0, which works fine for the most part.

My impression of him is that he's a nice guy, but he's distrustful of others because they always judge him based on his looks. As a result, he sulks and pouts a lot.
