“You really sure about this Yunyun?” Megumin said an almost bored expression on her face as she looked towards the obviously more focused girl.

“Mh!” Yunyun grunted back, nodding her head at the same time.

The two prepared, hands behind their backs as they readied for the rematch of rock, paper, scissors. Even though Yunyun had been less than successful last time...or any time really, she figured that that was simply up to sheer chance and if she just challenged Megumin a whole bunch she had to win eventually right!? This time it was a game they’d already played, one that was mostly chance, and all she had to do was win that one single draw and that would be that, she’d finally have a win against Megumin after all this time, and the one and only thing she had to do was!

“Rock!!” Yunyun shouted as she thrust her hand forward and balled into a fist.

“Paper.” Megumin said bluntly as she presented her own flat palm towards Yunyun who stared with disbelief.

“Nooooooo!!” Yunyun shouted as she collapsed to the ground.

“Okay Yunyun, guess what time it is!” Megumin said, a smile starting to cross her face as she walked up closer and closer to Yunyun.

“W-what? It’s around noon, why?” Yunyun said.

“Wrong, it’s wedgie time!” Megumin said, the devious look covering her entire expression as she lunged forward, hands slithering straight towards Yunyun’s short skirt.

“Wait why!?” Yunyun shouted as Megumin flipped the back of her skirt, grabbed her pink underwear, and without any hesitation started pulling them right up the poor girl’s butt.

“Because I won, don’t you remember the rules? Whoever wins one of our competitions gets to do whatever they want to the loser,” Megumin said.

“That was...never part of the rules!” Yunyun said.

Megumin completely ignored the comment and continued stretching the pair right up Yunyun’s back, shoving more of the pink cotton right into her rear and making her squirm around from the uncomfortable sensation of the wedgie. “I’ll do it!” Yunyun shouted and took off towards the town.

After a few minutes the girl returned, her face now glowing red as she walked slowly while whimpering and grabbing at the edges of her skirt, pulling them down to hide her butt as best she could to little success. She shuffled back in the direction of Megumin and silently moved her hands up to her shoulders, grabbing at the extended up leg holes of her underwear and starting to slide them back down.

“Who said you could remove the wedgie?” Megumin asked.

“You did step one of the loser punishment, now let’s start stage 2,” Megumin said.

“Where does it say in the rules that it’s only one punishment per loss?” Megumin asked.

“We should write these rules down…” Yunyun whimpered.

“Just turn around, the quicker we get this over with the better for you right?” Megumin asked.

Yunyun let out a sigh and did as instructed, presenting her backside in the direction of Megumin who once again put on a mischievous expression as she raised her arms up and moved them in the direction of Yunyun’s already stretched out underwear. Megumin gripped the shoulder strapped panties and pulled them back down to a more neutral position, but only for a moment before launching them back up even higher than before, as high as her arms would allow her...which was admittedly not very far.

“Kneel down, I can’t reach your head!” Megumin instructed.

Megumin walked around her victim, keeping a hold on Yunyun’s underwear and passing it from hand to hand before proceeding to drag the pair across her head and then snapping them to her forehead keeping them in place. Yunyun shuddered as she slowly got back up, posture twisted by the atomic wedgie and legs shaky from the constant burning pain of her butt of the now near ten minutes of constant wedgies. If that wasn’t bad enough, Megumin looked at the girl up and down before smirking wide and reaching out to grab the girl’s skirt and yank it straight down to her ankles.

“Alright, another lap around town Yunyun, no skirt allowed,” Megumin ordered.

“I can’t!”

“Guess we’re not really rivals then.”

“I’m going!”

Once again, though with an even longer wait this time, Yunyun eventually returned to the same spot, her entire head now a burning red that seemed only seconds from bursting. Both of her hands were now being used to cover up her crotch as the wedgie still rose up from either end of the whimpering girl and left her more exposed than she’d ever wanted to be. “...And one more pull!” Megumin said, grunting with effort as she gripped the rope tightly and pulled it back, collapsing onto the ground afterwards and taking a few deep breaths.

“Ah...ah...Megumin, I can’t feel my butt…” Yunyun called down, currently strung around the statue at the center of town via hanging wedgie.

Her hands were still buried in her crotch as the wedgie hadn’t let up one bit, if anything it just seemed to be constantly getting worse.
