Went through a couple convos and alot of people thing Dust takes a slight egde, for the people who dont knowMadness in his base (Post Comic) has around the same LV as Dust, but Madness with half of determination can gradually get stronger as the fight progresses (I.e His LV Raises) with good hand to hand combat ability but is unable to use Magic but can block gaster blasters (for a limited amount of time)
Dust Sans also has the same LV starting out and has strong Magic abilities but isn't as capable in a hand-to-hand situation
