Is it just me or you managed to paint the Cross Comm Express monocle? I can't do it in any way.

Well, what I mean is that you can change colors of items in SFM like you do with paints in TF2. The thing is, that in SFM, Cross-Comm Express monocle comes white by deafult instead of team color and I can't change it, while on this picture you made it seems to be blue, but maybe it's just the lighting, I'm simply curious.
