Ratchet and Clank gets a fake electricity bill that was sent by an unknown sender. Clank goes to Metropolis Public Laboratories where Bob says Edwina is missing since she got a letter. but without Edwina and her new invention will ratchet not regain its normal sense of hearing. Ratchet and Clank must catch the sender before something worse happen.
