Aww, thanks~
It's not hard, though! I could totally tell you how each is done in like five steps, it's so simple. ;3

It's probably easier shown than explained, so tell me if I'm confusing or vague.
But for hair:
1) Fill in lineart with the most middle shade, blocking in the basic shape.
2) The places where you see the lineart on the hair, trace them over with a darker shade (your shadow) - like valleys in hair. The "crease" between groups of strands. Derp, can't explain. x)
3) Places far from lineart towards your light source, get a really light shade and make some strokes there.
4) Make a bunch of really light strokes in direction of hair, and then really dark strokes - they don't blend very well.
5)Find your base color again, the very first one, and lower the brush opacity half way and stroke over both light and dark, making more strokes where light becomes dark.
6) Go back and make several strokes of strands in light areas with light colors and dark areas with dark colors. For chunks of hair, you'd have the hair but it would still have strands in it so you need to add dark colors too. Lower the opacity of the brush and keep going over it with shadows wherever there's a "crease".
Okay, that was six.
Think of hair as individual strands bunched together.
Omg, I don't think that helped you. |DD I'm bad at explaining.

Ohh, I see that. It's just her original dress, though.
Part of the reason she fell was for falling in love.
Maybe the dress implies something? ;D

Haha, it actually looks more red to me. x)
Anyways, yes - they're healing scars from when she got her wings torn out. :C

Well, I did use red to color it, but then I lowered the opacity of the later. We're both right, I guess. ;D
...I don't think they'll heal completely. Scars are fun to draw. x3
