It's a very hard to tell what I exactly do since it's usually very different what I do each time. If there is a particular face you would like to know more about I can try explain what I did to achieve it.

I'd like to use the engineers face in this picture of your as an example. How did you get the face like that?Β

I used the HWM model for engineer and it's very imporantant that you set the face pose tool's flex scale slider to 25 or higher which makes it possible to face pose engineer in a more extreme way.

When that is done you can increase on of engineer's eyebrows slider which will cause the goggles to move up and if you use other eye related sliders then you can make the goggles' change shape.

I also tilted engi's head a lot but moved his jaw to the right side to make the head look less titlted but moreΒ asymmetrical

That is pretty much the most important details for engineer's face in this picture
