These designs are for established stables only - meaning you must have an ARPG stable on dA with horses you've shown in competitions already. These designs are for ARPG show/stable use only, and are not to be sold just as OC/RP characters, or to be used off site.
Give me credit for the design on their reference. Personality, name, gender, etc, is up to you but the given information can not be changed.
You may not resell, gift, re-home, or otherwise give away, etc these horses without my permission. If you no longer want them, contact me. I will buy them back, or give you permission to resell them. You may not resell them for more than you purchased them for unless you've drawn art of them other than their reference.
My WBS prefix is required in front of their registered name.
I reserve the right to 1 free unrestricted breeding to the horse (yes, even if you geld/sterilize the horse).
The given information can not be changed.
The foals references are due one week after purchase (I will provide a date).
Registration with Thoroughbred-Society is required.
All WBS designs were born at WBS, so please don't create stories where they were neglected (unless it was after they were sold from our facility).
Failure to comply to my rules will result in a reclaim of the horse. Refund of payment (if you purchased with points) will be provided upon reclaim.
