This is The Warlock (yes that's his legal name). A man that has practiced the dark arts and various forms of witchcraft, yet does not have it down that well at all. Sure him being a evil warlock does sound intimidating, but he always overcompensates his plans and in the end always looses. Is very anti-social and tends to do all of his evil planning at his cave/house, not that the place is a secret since people like the mailman still show up.
