My first deviation
It's about time, right?I'm a fan of the TMNT 2012 series and I think that both Karai and April are both interesting and cool characters. Since Karai is not bad anymore it would make sense for her and April to get along better. (By the way, this drawing does not go along with the actual show, Karai is still human in this.)
I can kinda see a Anna/Elsa type of relationship between these two, with April as Anna, and Karai as Elsa. XD
And plus, since Karai is good now, I can see April having more of a playful rivalry with her, since they're almost like sisters now.

There were moments in time when Splinter felt reassured that, at some level, Miwa and April would heal and live a life free of the darkness. This was one of them.
