Wow. I don't even like the Louvre pyramid and yet I LOVE your photograph of it. Why is that? Maybe because of the sepia tone it seems like a photograph of an old landmark that has since disappeared, and I can pretend I am looking at it with a kind of whimsical nostalgia...
I love the harsh angles of your photos. They're always so dynamic and interesting!

The photo ist really great but I have to warn you that you are not allowed to portrait the glass pyramid as main element of a photograph without having the permission by the architect or the louvre itself....

I know it sounds really absurd but it is the truth...
It also counts for photos of the illuminated Eifel Tower, the Atomium Skulpture in Brussels and many more buildings....
Lots of the photographers don't get in trouble because they can't control all the uploaded photos and don't habe the ressources to search the internet for the photos.
If they do find out they might just ask you to delete the picture .... they might tell you to delete it .... or they might just sue you for going against copyright laws.....
If you kindly ask them (the museum louvre) in a mail, show them the picture and just say you want to display it without any bad thoughts .... they will allow it. You might just have to add a copyright logo in a corner of the photo or a copyright notice in the text under the photo...
[link]
Take a look there ... it is an official announcement of the "fotocommunity" - a site I also have an account on... I had to delete three or four photos two years ago....
Ok then .....
Take care...
Greetz
Pierre
