Rewatched Gravity Falls season 1. The gnome and time pig episodes were both my favorite, mainly because they were some of the strongest episodes focusing on the twins’ bond with each other. One of my favorite things about the show is that it has one of the best portrayals of a real sibling relationship and how, no matter their ups and downs, they’ll always be there for each other.

Plus, the time pig episode gave Alex Hirsch a chance to give his twin sister the pig she always wanted. Another reflection of how his bond with his twin influenced the Pines.

And its just adorable.
