HAPPY HALLOWEEN!Hard Cyder is dressed up as Discord for his first halloween. Unfortunately, he doesn't know how to make cotton candy clouds rain chocolate milk, so he just runs around screaming "RAWR" and laughing at other ponies - schadenfreude galore!
Sorry, I was too lazy/busy to be bothered with adding any shadows.
