Cool Road Runner.

Indeed! MOPAR muscle cars rule! The 383 engine is potent, although the 440 Six Pack & the Hemi motors are the pinnacles of performance in Chrysler's B-Body muscle car line-up. Thanks for stopping by! Check out my other photo of the Road Runner's twin, another cool MOPAR legend:Β hardrocker78.deviantart.com/ar… .

Agreed! Oh so true!

You're very welcome. I've been a fan of MOPAR and muscle cars after seeing an episode of the Dukes of Hazzard at a young age.

I love General Lee's orange Charger in Dukes of Hazzard. There are some 1968 & '69 Dodge Charger owners/collectors who have their cars replicated General Lee's car to look like the one in Dukes of Hazzard (with # "01" painted on the doors).

I've been to many car shows around my metro area during the spring & summer of this year, but sadly, I haven't found at least one 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona and/or 1970 Plymouth Road Runner Superbird. I'm crossing my fingers, however, who knows if I come across at least one when the car show season returns on spring of 2015.

Sweet.

Aw that's a bummer to hear.

If only they had kept Plymouth. What might the Road Runner look like today?

It could look retro, but I'm imagining the car having 4 doors like the current Charger, which it most likely would share.

It would be better than nothing, but I agree the two-door model would be much nicer.

I see. Ford made the underrated Torino that I'm still hoping to find at any classic car show here in NY. The Torino is rare in our area. Plus I'd be happyΒ if IΒ find a 1969 Mustang Boss 429. For now I'm happy I found a 1970 Boss 302 that's 1 of the most sought after muscle cars by collectors. hardrocker78.deviantart.com/ar… ....and another: hardrocker78.deviantart.com/ar… .Β
