sounava sorry for dont answer so fast, i was a little busy in this time...
about the lightening setup, was used 2 flashes in both sides of the aquarium, but a little higher from the lemon, also it was used a foil under the aquarium... and thats all xD

Cool! What do you use to set up these off camera flashes?
And another thing, how can the shutter speed go down to 1/256 second? I though in Kiss X3 the maximum shutter speed when flash is used is 1/250.

i used wireless triggers on the flashes...you can set all speeds the camera can do, if you use a built-in flash or even a speedlite flash, i think the maximun speed iss 1/200

its a little explaiment about these triggers i use....
and about the shutter speed 1/256... i just checked in configs, and it is 1/250, the website assume it is 1/256...but its not.
