I still think this style will be faster once I get better (i.e. stop making so many mistakes and cut down on needless fretting)...
Then I should produce more comics quicker, huzzah! Bear with me!Anywho, I met with my local Brony group at last! Probably would have been more practical to get a contact first to ask where they were if I was running late, but I wasn't certain I'd make it at all. I did get there in the end though (as shown) and it was fun!
Person I bumped into was actually , an admin! And his ponysona's meant to have fetlocks... Oops. If I draw him again I'll give him, like, a pile of fetlocks. Can't have too many. Think the pony should also be shorter but I thought taller seemed appropriate for admin, plus I'm kinda short IRL, so... Contrast? Haha, I'd redraw the pic completely but I'm fairly sure I'm just over-thinking this and have already spent too long on what was meant to be a much quicker comic.

Heh. 
I remember the first time I went to my local meet-up, I wasn't sure about the exact meeting location. So I'm standing outside a McDonalds, looking all around for people who might have something to do with pony. After 10 whole minutes I spot two people fooling around, and I think to myself "Oh, they're doing something silly, they must be part of the group". 
So I walk up to them... circle them... check for signs of pony... can't see anything... and eventually just flatout adress them with
"Uh... Pony?" 
They look at me.
"Uh... 'Rainbow Dash'? ... Does that ring a bell? No...?"
And then it turned out I was waiting in the wrong place the whole time. 
. . .
It's especially awkward during the winter months, when people are wearing jackets over their pony shirts.
When you're lucky, they might still be wearing pins or something.

Yeah, I spotted the actual group after I'd figured out I might have misunderstood the meeting location.
Silly me, meeting "in front of McDonalds" meant meeting inside the trainstation near the McDonalds entrance, not outside.

I'm not a pikachu fan but it does look cute. And yes, you were overthinking XD.
I only know one person who knows who Rainbow Dash is... he's not a brony but he has friends who are.
I asked him if he could introduce me to them and he said "leave it to me"... I'm still waiting!

I've managed to see one brony on the wild so far. He was like twenty meters away and saw him for a total of three seconds or so. And it was on a LAN party, which is as geeky as you can get.
