The obligatory Pikachu lookalike. I like how it isn't an electric type, and you've made it very unique whilst maintaining its... Er... Pikachu-ness. If it was in Gen 5, I'd imagine it'd be Roxy's signature Pokemon, it seems to fit her character so well!
