Sadly I can't have the house as we won't be able to get the tenants out in time ;-; I have another house lined up though, so it's not too bad. Hopefully one day I will get the chance to buy a house in a similar position ^^

What a pity! But I hope you will find a similiar house one day. Living next to a graveyard has to be fun and I'm sure these buildings are just waiting for you (I bet there aren't many people buying them XD).

I will always be on the lookout for another creepy old house to buy ^^ I'm hoping to become a property developer, so many people are living in rented accomodation these days that if you do it right it can be a very lucrative business!
