Before season one:
Milah being the oldest Stark girl she was also the kindest to Jon, when they were young they were inseparable when she came of age she started an affair with Jon they were constantly together and when found out by Ned she was sent to the Eyrie for two years before coming home, they were more careful then.
Seasons 1-6:
After Jon was sent to the wall Milah ran away to the wall and was at Castle Black working as a maid. She was there for the events that took place witnessing Jon’s death. She went to winterfell with Jon heading there before the battle of the bastards to be kept safe.
Seasons 7-8:
Milah reunited with Jon after he came back from dragonstone but was devastated about learning Jon slept with Dany. They worked through things but she wasn’t the same more distant with him.
