Description tis a selkie. a seal-girl who can change from human to seal at her whim simply by removing the seal skin she wears. They say people born with webbed feet are half selkie. I drew this one in a kind of half transforamtion state because I wanted to draw the seal skin/coat thingy. She will probably be in my "folklore" project.
