This is probably my favorite picture I had taken at AMKE but it showed part of my face so I was wary to post it... so I decided to add some text! I saw a bumpersticker on Myspace that said this and I thought it was very fitting. (Well, except for the true love part. Though how much I love my family could count, I suppose.)
Yes, I was crying. The object in my hand is a letter from me and a letter from my friend standing next to me for Vic to read when he had time.

Sadly, I probably won't be able to make it to the next one ;_; I had to drive five hours to be there (I'm from Iowa). The only way I'll be able to make it to the next one is if my mom's boyfriend would magically decide to visit a relative of his in Milwaukee (with my mom, of course) at the same time as the con and let me tag along with them.

Some kind of lung infection, I believe. It was really nasty. The day before he had to leave the convention early to go rest in his hotel room because he felt so awful.
