Description Along the side of State Route 135 North in Brown County, Indiana I stopped to get a better view of the ravine. Finding a safe parking area, putting on the flashers, I walked back to climb down to get below the loose limbs blocking the view.

Setting up the tripod to take this image, I first used the Leica then took out the Hasselblad for a more controlled photograph.  Since I had my tripod I could stop down for depth of field and still use a lower ISO (80). The sky was overcast, ideal for even lighting, and the winds were calm, allowing for a slow shutter speed of 1/4th a second. All I had to do was wait for the leaves to stop falling during the exposure.  Found a nice firebrick near one of the legs, carried it back to the car, as a souvenir.

A passing police officer stopped to see if I needed car help, recognized me with my tripod then waved goodbye. I guess they know me here now.

Feel free to download, just give me photo credit.
