Cecil Evans came in contact with the Big Boom after his strict father caught him sleeping with one of his male friends from school, being trapped inside the internet for several months before discovering that he had complete control the digital world. After this, he became a supervillain and nearly killed his father for his homophobia before Red Dragonfly intervened and put him in prison. Calling himself Cybermancer, he would continue to terrorize Scarlet City, either on his own or with the Troublemakers.
