"In the world of The Retcon Universe, you will find Halloween. It's a fun spooky season a lot of characters all celebrate around the world. Everyone loves to dress up in Halloween Outfits during this time. Sometimes people have trouble coming up with a Halloween Outfit, that's unless you find some inspiration from a new couple of friends.

During the summer of this year, two red dragons flew into the Talyllyn Railway and met a railway driver called Cadi, who took quite a liking two them two troublemakers, named Bledd and Cef. Those two have been a huge help to the railway ever since and Cadi, gaining some inspiration, wanted to surprise them somehow. During the preperation for the season, the dragons were by Sir Haydn, seeing her dress up attire when Cadi 'flew' into the station with her DIY homemade dragon wings! She struggled to come up with a Halloween outfit of her own but her adventures with the dragons gave her some big inspiration ideas, one being a full on dragon attire. Though she only got her Dragon Wings made so far, Bledd and Cef were amazed by Cadi's Dragon Wings. They both thought at first that she grew her own wings or that she was turning into a dragon herself, but of course, it turns out it was only a Halloween costume. Nevertheless, they loved it so much and shows the friendship that the two dragons and Cadi has."

Happy Halloween everyone! Hope you all had a very spooky month.

This month, we're focusing on a new IP that came out, coming up to two months ago. This is Dreigiau Cadi (Cadi's Dragons in English), it's a Welsh show that takes place on the actual Talyllyn Railway and they all speak in Welsh too, which is very interesting! It's a mix of real life and puppeteering so as someone that loves puppets and trains, this show was right in my alley. I have nearly watched all of the episodes so far with a few more on the way (not sure when they will be released). It's a pretty nice show actually, I hugely recommend it to watch it on S4C and the BBC IPlayer if you live in the UK. So because of this show I've been interested in, I wanted to include them in my slice of life and I decided to put them up for the Halloween Season because of the dragon wings and I thought Cadi would dress up like a dragon because of her adventures with Bledd and Cef.

You might notice that Sir Haydn, the locomotive in the picture, doesn't have her wheels or buffers. That's actually missing from the doodle and I'm not going to ask Sonicsis to fix it because I don't know how to properly explain it in text and because of the timing. She doesn't work on art on weekends from what I know and with Halloween being 4 days away (as of writing), I don't really want to ask a revision this close to Halloween so you're going to have to take this as it is, sorry.

Nonetheless, I'm still happy with this picture. I really love it so much!

So next month, I'm planning my slice of life to be fireworks related since in November in the UK, we celebrate Bonfire Night/Guy Fawkes Night so expect some fireworks. Which characters I'm going to use, I'm still deciding right so you'll find out soon.
