It's a Metropolitan, I think it was built buy Hudson.

Nash, actually.
They were built in the Nash Factories, though some were badged as Hudson.
Of corse, Nash and Hudson merged in 1954 and formed AMC. Both companies kept their seperate names untill 1958 though; The cars built after the merger have many interchangable mechanical parts.
-Weird thing about the "two seater" Metropolitan: They were actually Brittish built....Oooh.
Sorry, I'm a nut it comes to American Automotive History.
