Wow! You managed to get all 22 characters on the same render? Great scene. Do you have favourites yet? I've just yesterday downloaded/installed (I think ) DAZ3D 4.11 64bit, and have had a few goes at rendering. I've been using Poser 6 and an ancient Dell XPS (4 GigsRam ) for my UFO Moonbasegirls story here, and finding it hard trying to learn a totally different platform ... If there would be a couple of tips you might suggest (it's a minefield with so-much to choose from on DAZ) as for good characters, would be appreciated. Does one have to have add-ons etc etc etc to get the results you achieve?!? Please keep up the good work.

Thanks for the hints and tips, H. It will be sooooo hard to re-learn a platform, being that I can produce a new render for my current story here in about 10 minutes, as I know and have used P6 solely since about 2006 myself. And I don't like change. I'll keep in mind your helpful tips here, though, and will try to see how Gen and Vicky 8 go. Must admit I'm not happy about even thinking about spending a whole nother universe of cash with DAZ as I probably have with Poser usable stuff.

There are converters in the DAZ store to transfer clothes and hair from V4/M4 to Genesis 8. That might help some on the library and wallet front. Check out Riversoft Arts/Sickleyield stores on DAZ. Cayman Studios also does a UV utility that will allow you to use V4 M4 skins on Genesis 8. These along with a good Iray convertor will be a big help I think.
Obviously none of this is as good as content made specially for DAZ Studio and Genesis 8 but it will help.

Thanks for that additional help/info H... I'll keep this comment/message with your other/s and work my (slow) way through the options. I guess the Iray convertor is some platform or add-on that improves the original DAZ Iray lighting results - I'll do some Googling on this topic, thanks. I've never personally used stuff outside Poser accept another ageing software post-work utility called "Picture It 2002".
Thanks once again...
