i can say that you are very courageuous on asking to be free this is a great composition. remember what i said in my comment in my work "goodbye bitterness" ? it's still in your hands if you want to be hurt continously by not letting yourself free or hold the pain or not. goodluck to you my friend. i know you know what you need to do.

by the way, this may just be a coincidence, but no lie I swear this is so true it's scary: I found a little piece of paper laying on the ground next to my desk at school recently; I picked it up,read it and it said:
Don't let the past choke your existence.

it looked like one of those papers you get in a fortune cookie or something.
I thought to myself "wow, that's crazy, was I meant to find this? maybe it was a sign or something." maybe I was just blowing it out of proportion but I honestly think that God wanted me to see that, that's just how I see things,but you never know...
