Description What do you do when it is going to rain ? have a cup of hot chocolate (fairly traded ) ? warm feet and cause room ? ..
No , you go out and shoot photos.

I checked the weather the day before shooting this and it showed very heavy rain and chances of thunders so I was ready that day, a jacket , rain poncho, and my beloved stormcover for to cover my camera. I wasn't only planning to shoot photos but to take some short footage.

This one is shot in Symonds. St - from the hip for sure -

Beautiful shot! very moody... - I like how the legs reflect in the fence/railing at the road side ...
That shows courage to go shoot in this weather!

There is a lot I like about this photo. Black and white was a great choice, immediately setting the mood for this photo.
The rain spattering on the ground was a great capture, as well as the person in the front of the picture.No proper rain gear, but she almost seems to be taking it in stride.

nice shot, i like the low angle you've taken it from Did you take this on Tuesday? I couldn't believe how much rain there was! You don't get rain like that in chch, lol

Thank you , it is kinds hard at the beginning since I'm shooting from the hip level that mean I don't look through the view finder I have to imagine it and I use manual focus too, but this one out many turned well I guess . Yeah exactly, and I got completely soaked like my jeans, shoes,face..etc but things look so different in such a weather. haha yeah Auckland loves rain like Welli loves wind .

Your welcome Yeah, i got soaked also..i decided to go shopping and i stupidly thought my umbrella would hold up...it didn't work out that way, lol
