Chisato looks absolutely amazing and the info you have here about her personality makes her sound like an interesting and well balanced character.
I really like that you have considered the different layers and parts that form her outfit, since that's often an aspect you don't really see in oc design. Most people just draw something and then I'm left wondering how the outfit can even be worn at all. I also like that you kept her basic outfit really simple, since the canon outfits are also relatively simple and quick to dress into at morning. You also succeeded with the colorscheme really well, since the more muted tones allow her to wear that bright green sash at the waist without it looking completely out of place. Her outfit also looks really comfortable and I love the fact that you used layering with it, since the canon characters also tend to have quite a few layers to their clothes.
The underwear looks old fashioned enough for the 1920's like setting of LoK, but her bra looks in this picture like it fits loosely under her breasts, which if she has anything bigger than A-cup would be uncomfortable and it would probably slide upwards constantly and she would regulary need to fix it's position.
I like how you went with simple and comfortable with the pyjamas, since lot of people try far too hard to make pyjamas/nightgowns look interesting, but the end result just tends to be really uncomfortable looking. I also really like the grayish-green color, it suits her coloring really well and is a color I find likely in mass-produced ladies pyjamas from vaguely 1920's like setting(though it's just as likely that she/her mom just sewed them all by themselves).
While I do really like her formal dress, I feel that the combination of qipao-like dress with obi-like belt and those tabbards is kind of confusing. The mix of two different cultures and two very different styles of dresses just looks kind of weird. If the formal dress was based on hanfu or other more kimono-like Chinese garment it would look much more natural to mix it with the obi-like belt. I think that just leaving those cords, tied around everything else, would make the dress look less boring, but fit it much better.
I like how you made her winter clothes actually look warm and practical. The fur lined boots and jacket would be warm enough for the entire winter and fur used to be much more common in clothes back then, so the fact that she isn't Water Tribe member doesn't really matter. Her pants also look really warm and she could actually wear several different layers under it for extra warmth. I also like how you gave her mittens, since those are much more warm than gloves, when winters get truly cold. The fact that you actually have her cover her ears is also good, since lot of people seem to forget that, and in reality it could lead to frostbite, since ears are quite small/thin and would freeze first.
While her warm weather outfit looks great, I'm not sure if it would actually be all that comfortable for the simple reason that the sash would make it cling to her body and she would start to sweat there first, but other than that it's really nice outfit. I do like that you have her re-use the sash, since most people don't have endless wardrobes and need to wear same accessories with multiple outfits.
The swimwear looks good, but honestly bikinis are far too modern for a 1920's like setting. In real life bikinis weren't invented until after the second world war, and midriff baring outfits were viewed incedent until 1940's when they started to become fashionable, but still actually revealed very little because the waists were quite high, so only a thin stripe of bare skin was actually shown between the waist and the bottom of the shirt. Researching more covering old fashioned swimsuits would help in making one that fits the setting better, Asami definately doesn't wear 1920's swimsuit, but she and the boys were still pretty covered up by them.
I just love when I see some one who actually cares about their character fitting in the series, since most of the issues I raised in the comments are ultimately pretty minor and these designs are definately more old fashioned and setting appropriate than many others. Most of the changes you would need to make for Chisato to truly fit in are really minor modifications and most of them are purely opinions and suggestions.

The bra issue... I thought of that, and asides from I thought it was cute and flowy, and I picture Chisato not being particularly well endowed, the tightness of her clothing would help a little bit with that.Β
The formal!! I know, I know... I just HAD to try to mash up the two cultures, and I didn't do much justice.Β
I am a Canadian, and around here we get about -35 in winter, so i know about warmth...

It's sometimes really hard to find balance between what looks great and what would actually be practical.
LoK is actually really hard to come up with plausible costumes, because there is strong western influence to make them seem more modern, but the clothes still need to look Asian enough for the setting. I totally understand if you felt that just giving her a green qipao would be too plain, since that tends to be my problem as well when designing outfits for LoK characters, because I'm used to making super elaborate medieval/renaissance inspred fantasy dresses, so I always feel that the outfits look too plain in the simplified animated style used for LoK.
It's always really hard to tell on internet where English using people come from, so I kind of always imagine they are American, if they don't seem to be European. And I have so many times come across Americans on the internet who talk about snow as if it's a once in a life time miracle, so... I can totally understand Chisato wearing that sash to look stylish, it's just that in my personal experience belts+warm summer day=uncomfortable and sweaty, so I kind of think of it as so uncomfortable that I can't imagine many people willingly wearing belt at summer.
