Helloo there, I really like how you colored the clothes, especially how you applied the proper amount of dark shading which compliments well the lighting shone to the fabric. The blending and smudging really works well with each other, giving off a great outcome in terms of overall coloring. I really like hime-cut hairstyles since they are short and fair. The way you colored her hair in a glossy manner is really well done and presentable. Her posture and facial expression is on spot, and I really really like it! The background coloring and lighting is also great in a sense and it fits well with the overall atmosphere of the artpiece.
If there is one thing I would like to point out, it is her kneeling/bent leg. The bent leg seemed to be a bit misplaced beneath the skirt and its kinda far away from the joint in her pelvis (or it could be my eyes playing tricks on me). Nevertheless, this is padded by the skirt over it so it is barely noticeable. Though I still think you can do better in postures like this so I'm looking forward to more of your works!
But all in all, I really liked how this turned out! You're a very good artist!

mm probably you are right with the leg, i didnt pay attention to that detail when i was painting the skirt.

A really nice looking piece, but there are a few things that I should point out.
My main thing would be the skirt and the legs. The skirt doesn't really give any definition and volume of the legs. Instead of showing the depth of the legs, it just seems like the skirt is just "sitting" there if that makes sense. It makes it feel like the legs are just randomly drawn underneath the skirt or shouldn't be there at all.
I feel like with a bit more practice, this could be even more amazing! For instance, the way you did the hair and eyes are just so good! Like the sparkles and color choices as well as the lighting reflections! You other works are amazing as well! I just feel like the legs and skirt could use a bit more definition and practice.

Yea, skirts can definitely be tricky! Especially, when you're drawing them at an angle and you're trying to get the flow of it just right!
I made this reference sheet if that is something that interests you. I know I refer back to it myself whenever I get stuck.
