Rick Stanton is just a lowly nuclear worker who deals with toxic chemicals and gets minimum wages every time when he demanded more night shifts and goes home very late and goes to work very early. He seemed to dislike working at the power plant and he decided that he told his boss that he quit after he dropped a toxic waste barrel on the floor which have killed his fellow workers but he got arrested and got sentenced to work in the sewers as part of the community service. One night he planned to poison the entire city with toxic chemicals with the help of the Kraang who agreed to show him where he can store mutagen and he also made a deal with Rahzar in exchange for toxic chemicals. He turned the workers into mindless zombies with his own chemicals until the Ninja Turtles intervened. He fought them with his own toxic bombs and deliver punches until he fell into the vat of mutagen which has laced with Cane Toad DNA mutated him into a greenish yellow skinned humanoid amphibian with long sticky tongue powerful atomic croaks chest inflation can spit acidic mucus can produce toxic foam barrier and can throw or shoot radioactive sludge balls from his hands. Furious at his mutation he managed to defeat them with his new-found powers but Donnie managed to cure them in record time before knocking him out with a tech-bo. Since then Donnie has earned his wrath for foiling his plan and became a recurring enemy to Turtles ever since.
