Roderick Ramirez was born into a family of Cuban drug dealers who worked for Vitor Sousa and Wilson Lagerfield Fisk for years until he was finally arrested and executed causing Vitor and Rodrigo Sousa to flee in the country and was separated from the family leaving him until he turned life of crime after he discovered the rare flowers known as the Black Scorpion Flowers that can explode person's heart within 72 hours and made a fortune and while he's not selling drugs. When he's not making drugs he robbed banks and was a fast runner which he avoided from the cops easily and he even was a skilled capoiera. His life has changed when he met Vitor was impressed that he sold drugs and a fast capoeira learned and took him under his wing and befriended Buford Marcov a Russian member of Bratva who immigrated from Russia and often does dirty work for him until they're arrested by NYPD where they made friends with Horace Savage and Armando Ferrer and were recruited by KING-MERA who saw them robbing jewellery. They were stopped by Turtles and Mutanimals and were washed along with Buford who were mutated into a red skinned reptilian fish who got bitten by a komodo dragon touched a moray eel and a snakehead. They became the most powerful yet bumbling quartet that serves KING-MERA.
