It's very clear actually. Kakashi regrets Obito's death even now as an adult. Why else would he go visit the Memorial Stone every. single. day? ;_;
Good work with the perspective, must've been a real struggle with that. Hmm, I wonder how Obito's face looks like here... maybe he's crying as well? We'll never know. But since there's a thin "light line" surrounding him... I guess that means that he'll with Kakashi, not by his side alive, but as a living memory inside his heart. And... crying adult Kakashi... just ASDFGHJKLASDFGHJKLASDFGHJKL finds it very adorable for some reason. He may be a grown man, but a grown man also has a heart.
