Some advice, next time don't be afraid to make the background more sparkly-like. Add some more if you have to. You'll know if you overdid it.

Okay. Oh yeah, I forgot to say you can do your bg in photoshop it's much more easier and the semi-circles on the bg, I advice you to use the elipse tool so you can get a better look at it
