Este grupo de 5 crianças que andam e falam em sincronia quase perfeita são conhecidos como Molecada da Rua de Baixo. Eles são os inimigos principais do Setor V da Turma do Bairro, trabalham seguindo as ordens de Benedito Uno Wigglestein, também conhecido como "Pai". Eles fazem aniversário 5 vezes ao ano e seu passatempo preferido é torturar as crianças da vizinhança obrigando-os a assisti-los comer o bolo.Até então só sabíamos o nome de um de seus integrantes: Lenny, o garoto de capacete, agora nós sabemos o nome de todos eles:
Ashley: A de laço
Bruce: O loiro
David: O mais alto
Constance: A de óculos
Lenny: O de capacete

This group of 5 children who walk and talk in almost perfect sync are known as Delightful Children From Down the Lane. They are the main enemies of the Sector V From Kids Next Door, working on the orders of Benedict Uno Wigglestein, also known as "Father". They have a birthday 5 times a year and their favorite pastime is to torture the neighborhood kids by having them watch they eating the cake.
Until then we only knew the name of one of its members: Lenny, the helmeted boy, now we know the name of all of them:
Ashley: The One With the Snood
Bruce: The Blonde Boy
David: The Tallest Boy
Constance: The One With Glasses
Lenny: The One With The Helmet
