I am pretty happy with this picture,though I still have problems with hair. But then again the eyes turned out super pretty c:

I am actually not interested in kancolle game,but I think some of the fleet girls have really good cute designs, i-401 is one of them

I mostly use the airbrush,blur,color and water toolon Sai :3
