You'd be the first to release an Uomi for use if you did om I'd be grateful.

Its a bit hard to explain but its actually really easy to do in pmx haha.
All you have to do is weigh it to Mikotsu's head bone, and it will stick there. If you know how to weigh things down in pmx that is.
Also you'll want to do it to the fish bone on her belt/obi since that also sticks in one place as I saw.
I already went and fixed both myself since editing is allowed for fixes and such ;w;

To fix the belt one I just weighted it to Miko's bone that move's her entire upper body :> Its not perfect but it works a lot better.
