we must tell scientists what to do to make this a reality

The size I can't really get to. I mean, not the size itself, but the unit cc (cubic centimetre. I know) is hard to work with. Can you give soe sort of comparison, in feet or metres?

cubic centimetres are very easy to understand, even in countries that still utilize the obsolete imperial system, plastic surgeons employ cubic centimeters as the basic measurement unit of breast implants. There are 1000 in each litre of anything and in practical terms a cubic centimeter is basicaly the same as a millilitre.

I know that, I'm from mainland Europe. What I'm asking is, for example, if an implant is 2 feet across how many cc would it contain?

it depends on the implant shape. But luckily, The bigger the implant, the rounder the shape, so it is very easy to get an approximation. Just obtain the implant radius (half of the size of the diameter) in cm (pretty easy from ft) and use the sphere volume formula. Don't forget first to obtain the radius in cm, if you don't you will fail.
