Description School. A time of learning and growth, but also a time of boredom. Mr. Hoffman, the headmaster, always taught us the things we should know. He always used a piece of yellow chalk to use on the board and it's faint dusty trail that it left everywhere.

During one of the Headmaster's long lessons on adding, subtracting, and other such things, I saw the Baroness, Meg, writing something in her notebook. It looked like a poem of some kind. Meg glanced over her shoulder and gave me a dirty look. I gasped sharply and quickly looked back at the board. I heard the Countess and the Duchess, Eleanor and Diana, snicker quietly behind me.

I tuned the Aristocrats out and focused on the lesson at hand. Mr. Hoffman was saying that 2+2 always equaled 4, not 5, and that multiplication was a fancy way of adding. He stopped, noticing that Meg was busy writing on her poem.

"Margaret, what is 4 times 4?"

"16," the Baroness replied, without stopping her writing.

"Margaret, you must stop writing now and focus on the lesson...." Mr. Hoffman said. He seemed a little shocked that Meg knew that off the top of her head. She stopped, closed her notebook, and folded her hands on the desk, blushing a bit.

The lesson proceeded for awhile longer. After the our math lesson, Mr. Hoffman told us that we were free to do what we pleased and left. Meg grabbed her notebook and tore out a page and then walked to the board. She cleared her throat to get everyone's attention and began.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I have something from the Princess of the Rose. She gave me some tasks for everyone to do."

The Baroness continued for awhile, writing everyone's tasks on the board with the yellow chalk. After she was done, everyone headed out to do their tasks for the Princess. As I headed out, I turned around. I saw Meg wipe her hands on her skirt to get rid of the powder. The chalk powder was the about the same color as her hair. I stood there, puzzled on why something like that caught my eye, then I saw Meg give the Duchess the paper she had torn out of her notebook.

Diana looked over it and then laughed. She looked like she said thanks for the paper, and the Baroness smiled and walked out of the room. The Countess walked over to Diana and looked at the poem as well. They both snickered and the Duchess tore the poem in half. She handed one half to Eleanor and kept the other half.

As Eleanor walked passed me, she gave me a cold stare. I stood there, dumbfounded by what I saw. I then realized that I was tasked with looking in the 1st floor woman's lavatories of Stray Dog sightings.

I walked to board and wrote "In Progress" by the task. I dropped the piece of yellow chalk into the tray. I was about to wipe the dust onto my dress before I stopped. The yellow powder reminded me of Wendy, the Lonely Girl, who was in the sick bay again.

As I walked away from the scribbles on the board, looking at the dust on my fingers, I wondered if Wendy would mind if I visited Brown first.
