I had an idea yesterday for some one-off villains for Aberfauld:

Sir Marron leads a group of bandits/scam artists, which includes his cowardly brother Looger, a vain and vindictive elf named Pitch (whose wiles only seem to work on very specific people, but when they work MAN do they work), and a disgusting sprite called Cruel Todd. Their main tactic is to present themselves as heroes to small villages, offering to save them from various problems (that they secretly caused) in exchange for modest (exorbitant) cash rewards.
