Yeah, so I just finished the mortal instruments series by Cassandra Clare...T'was rather good, yet one can't help feeling that, seeing as the whole series was concluded in less than a month, the characters would be feeling significant signs of a mental and stressful breakdown, as WAY too much happened to make it realistic. Other than that, i really enjoyed it =]
As always, whenever a finish a good novel/series, i always feel the need to give a face to the characters, and often enough, i fail at re-creating them from my head onto paper, so i look them up =] Some may not agree with some of the actors i chose to play certain characters... even i don't agree with some of them...as i was struggling to find someone who fairly represented my image of them...but meh. I'm reasonably happy overall =]

I guess he might be... I'm an avid Sean Bean lover, but he wouldn't be my first choice. I'm not even happy with Daniel Craig as Valentine... I mainly chose him for his eyes. I'm not happy with a few of my casting, but I'm waiting to find the perfect people.

Also, oh funny of funnies; the pic I found of Daniel Craig for Valentine had similar ears to the chick I found to play Clary, therefore insinuating the family resemblance... stupid, but that's another reason I stuck with it

some of the actors you chose suit the character really well in my opinion but I luaghed when i realized that the picture you have for sebastian is a picture of Murtagh. I'm a huge eragon fan as well so yeah that's why I recognized that despite the movie being a complete fail.

Haha, yeah seb was a hard one to cast.... and I'm still not happy with him entirely but I guess he'll do for the moment. Yeah, I saw the film without reading the books or anything and even then it was a massive let down... not my thing, but he was te only character I even sort of liked, besides jeremy irons (just cause he is way to cool). Haha that's what I thought when I first saw him. Nope, he's a VERY androgynous boy, called miavi. Awesome visual kei dude... serious, I googled him and i could've sworn he was a girl

Aw thanks! It took me ages, and I'm still not happy with some...plus some of them I wanted their younger self (like tom sturridge for alec) seeing as they look too old in the pic, but I guess you can't have everything =]
I hope they make them into movies too, but I'd rather they did them properly, 'cause otherwise they'll be BAD!

somehow when i saw these people i thought 'wow, that's EXACTLY how i imagined them!' especially daniel craig as valentine. the only one i would ever change is raphael, to look younger and more delicate

Hmmm, yeah, raphael was hard to find, and he's one of the few i'm still not happy with... i WAS proud of dakota blue richards as clary...seeing as most people's clary's tend to look at least 20 and their boobs are too big
