Description
At the age of 8, Jeremiah Birch watched his mother and father brutally murdered at the hands of a priest possessed by a demon. The priest burned the house down and left Jeremiah for dead. Miraculously, when firefighters extinguished the flames, Jeremiah's body was nowhere to be found. Somehow, miles away at a church, he was discovered huddle beneath a statue of Christ. Believing him to be chosen by Heaven for a higher purpose, the boy was sent to the Vatican to be trained by a secret order intent of the destruction of all things unholy.

now 25, Jeremiah is the best at what he does. Every site where unholiness has been cleansed is marked with the charred remains of whatever creature was there and a single golden ring, a calling card which has earned him the moniker "Halo"
