I didnt feel like downloading or viewing the picture larger, so I could only make out all the detail, but from the detail I saw, I thought it was Hermiones! My mistake.

I myself never done a costume with that complexity, but I know it's probably a hard thing to make. So I understand. But many of them lack the feeling of realism. Even a fantasy costume you can make as a realistic one... One that could exist. It's just hard.

Oh it was an easy. She used her cloak that was made for her Raven(TeenTitans)cosplay..
It is something hard to make yourself, and costly. But the fact you've got to make do with what resources you got sometimes helps the realism of the costume..

I got the wand at the Harry Potter Exhibit in NYC. It's Sirius Black's wand, as that's the one I bought. My friend is saving up to get Luna's. We figured it didn't matter as this was post DH2 final battle.. xD
